Fashion Bug gladly accepts returns for items due to a change of mind, provided that a return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.

3. Cancellations

Fashion Bug Online has a cancellation policy for change of mind scenarios. If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund, provided that the order has not been shipped yet.
